Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with horticultural expertise:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days delivery after shipment)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days delivery after shipment)

Gardener’s Tip: Our Drought Tolerant and Cold Tolerant varieties are particularly resilient during transit. If plants appear stressed upon arrival, proper care for a few days often yields remarkable recovery!

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. Our plants thrive in various climates, from Hedges & Privacy evergreens to delicate Hydrangeas.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most plants within 15 days of delivery when:

  • Plants are in original condition (with packaging if possible)
  • Plants show shipping damage or obvious health issues
  • Return is initiated within the 15-day window

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Landscape Plugs (due to specialized growing requirements)
  • Planted items or plants removed from original containers
  • Custom/special order items
  • Plants damaged from improper post-delivery care

  2. Receive Authorization – We’ll provide return instructions and an authorization number
  3. Package Carefully – Use original containers when possible

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds process to original payment within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error)
  • For exchanges, replacements ship promptly

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error. We recommend:
