Gardener’s Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. This ensures we can properly assess the plants’ condition.

Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges for most plants under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original condition (with original packaging if possible)
  • Return must be requested within 15 days of delivery
  • Plants must show signs of damage from shipping or obvious health issues

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Landscape Plugs (due to their specialized growing requirements)
  • Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
  • Custom or special order items
  • Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your plants:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the issue
  2. Receive return authorization – We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package your return – Carefully repackage the plants in their original container if possible
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our Tucson nursery using the carrier of your choice
  5. Receive your refund or replacement – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement plants as soon as possible

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or you receive the wrong items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged plants or incorrect items
  • We’ll typically send replacements at no additional cost

Plant Care Tip: Many of our plants, including our Drought Tolerant and Cold Tolerant varieties, are quite resilient. If your plants appear stressed after shipping, try giving them proper care for a few days before requesting a return – they may recover beautifully!

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Our return address is:
